3 Day Film Coverage at the Country 2 Country Show 2017

What an incredibly fun and jam-packed weekend we’ve just had! You may have seen on our social media feeds, but in case you missed it - we were back filming the Country2Country Festival; an annual three-day music festival at the O2 Arena in London. The festival first launched back in March 2013; our team has now filmed the event four years consecutively. The event hosts over 80,000 fans across the three days in London, Glasgow and Dublin - it has become an event not to be missed!

We set off down to London on Friday where we covered the three day event with our film and editing crew both on location. Paul Banks, our Creative Director directed the coverage and camera / steadicam operators from the editing suite where a series of over twenty different edits were produced and uploaded by C2C over the entire weekend.

The challenge that our team thrive on time and time again with these kind of jobs are the rapid turnaround schedules. Whilst filming all day and in to the night, the team is in charge of producing three highlight edits of each day which appear on the main screen in the arena at the end of every night of the show. There is no denying the incredible buzz you get from working under pressure to the big reveal of your work being displayed on the arena live screens and social media feeds at the end of each day.

It’s always a highly rewarding event to work on and we love being a part of the promotion. If you haven't seen any of the latest edits from the day, below is the weekend highlights edit of C2C 2017. We’re also scheduled in to produce the upcoming #C2C2017 TV commercial - so stay tuned!
